Shipping and Returns


Service charge for orders placed on are $15.50 plus applicable taxes.


SalonCentric Canada LP ships within Ontario only. We currently do not ship to the rest of Canada or internationally. At this time, orders cannot be split to ship to more than one address at a time. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each delivery address.


Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment for your package. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.


Generally, you should receive your product within 2-3 business days once your order is confirmed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.


If you need to return a product to SalonCentric Canada LP, please contact Customer Care at 905-670-0611 or email us at for the appropriate return procedure. Returns are accepted on saleable, unopened, unused products within ninety (90) days of purchase with the original packing slip or invoice (excluding hair and shears). Any merchandise returned over 90 days from date of invoice will be charged a 20% restocking charge.  Items over 180days will not be accepted.


The following types of product are not accepted for return:

Unsellable Product: Product that has been defaced or altered in any way may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to: price tags, stickers or other markings made with pen or marker, and cracked, dropped or broken appliances.

Discontinued Product: Discontinued product or product in discontinued packaging may not be returned.

Promotional, Prepack, Intro Kit, and Free Items: For an exchange or refund to be processed, these items must be returned with the merchandise with which they were ordered. Promotional and free items may not be returned by themselves.

Make-up, Make-up brushes, combs, brushes, and hair extensions: All sales are final.

No credit will be given for merchandise that have been used.

No credit will be given for merchandise returned that is not resalable.

No credit will be given for items that are marked, labeled, used, opened or soiled packaging.

No credit will be given on merchandise that has been discontinued, clearance, special ordered, or hair extensions.

No credit will be given for items that are “Final Sale”.


All electrical and battery operated items being returned for any warranty claim (dryers, clippers, flatirons, curling irons, etc.) may be submitted within sixty (60) days of the invoice date on the packing slip or invoice for replacement of the defective product. Please note: All claims for warranty on electrical items submitted over sixty (60) days from the invoice date must be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement of defective product.

Defective Merchandise

SalonCentric Canada LP assumes no responsibility unless damages are reported upon receiving the shipment. 

Any damages caused by or due to shipping need to be noted on the weigh bill, and SalonCentric Canada LP must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. 


SalonCentric Canada LP will only guarantee shears that have a manufacturer’s warranty and only if it is a manufacturer’s defect. Our office must be notified of any manufacturer defects within 24 hours from the time the shear was received.
